Thank You for being such a lovely welcoming school for our current Au Pair Carolin, who sadly is leaving us soon.. She had the best time and was always keen to go to school and she learnt so much!

pub gardenBarnes is situated on the south bank of the River Thames, between Putney and Richmond. There are good transport links to the heart of London, but there is a lot to see and enjoy in and around the village itself.

There's a wide choice of places to meet up including cosy cafés and friendly pubs, several with gardens or river views.

The OSO Arts Centre on Barnes Green offers a varied programme of performances and exhibitions as well as a café serving delicious food, and you can catch the latest films at Olympic Studios.

There are beautiful open spaces for walks and picnics, and the Thames Path provides a safe cycle route to Kew Gardens, Richmond, Putney and beyond.
